§ 102-216. Use requirements for heavy industrial district B-3.

(a)

All buildings shall conform to the minimum requirements for setbacks and height in section 102-226.

(b)

Within the B-3 heavy industrial district the following uses are permitted:

(1)

Any use permitted in B-2 local business district.

(2)

Fabrication wood/metal.

(3)

Industrial uses plants.

(4)

Manufacturing plants/industrial.

(5)

Greenhouse/horticultural/nurseries.

(6)

Laboratory experimental/film/test.

(7)

Plants ice and cold storage.

(8)

Storage yard coal/wood.

(9)

Storage yard lumber/construction.

(10)

Storage yard petroleum products.

(11)

Textile manufacturing/processing.

(12)

Theatre/drive-in.

(13)

Truck/transfer terminal.
